Does anyone know where to find, or do they have, a LOTR version of DND?

i really want to do a campaign like this but there's nowhere i can find it.

Decipher Games has an officially licensed LotR roleplaying game. A creative DM could take their information and adapt it pretty easily to D20 or older DnD settings, I would imagine.

There is also MERP (Middle Earth Role Playing) from Iron Crown Enterprises (I.C.E.)
