Yes. As in any authoritarian system, the despot must maintain oppressive control over even the peaceful and innocent. They are paranoid, and think that the DPN may be a subversive movement, and that Dragon POLL qwestions are code communication fer the Revolooooooshun.

Cat agrees. It is very odd. Cat had to add details three times to get her last qwestion to post. Cat is going to go eet chocolate to make herself feel better. Dragon should do the same.
