Dear, you HAVE to go to the doctor! We are not medical experts here on Yahoo, so my suggestion is to get to a doctor. It is NONSENSE that you don't want to go. Your heart is on the left side of your chest (and you say the pain is on the right), and frankly, if you had a murmer when you were a baby, it bears re-checking now. Don't wait around. You are only 20. You certainly want to be around to see 25, 30, 40, etc. It may be nothing but why take a chance? Get to the doctor NOW!

I had a heart murmur when I was a baby. When I got older I would have this burnng sensation over my heart, When I was 15 the doctor told me that I had a leaky valve in my heart that will probably go away on its own. It took a couple of years but it did.

Sounds like heartburn to me. Your mild heart murmur when you were a baby should've corrected itself.
