I have bought two phones through Sony and both of them were crap. I paid $250 for this one from my local cell phone company and no one can hear anything when I try and talk to them. What do you think could be the problem?

I should've learned from before, my other sony ericsson phone made it so it wouldn't charge and it was a disaster on a trip I had taken and got lost in the boonies and this was at midnight, like I said disaster I found my way home 7 hours later.

My husband has the same phone and it has been nothing but trouble. We have done two warranty exchanges already and it has the same result. Same problem as you and some others. Its the phone. I would contact your cell company and demand another one, pronto!

Your phones probably broken, take it in to the store and have them look at it, it you've had it for a year or less u could get a new one for free under warranty...

Make sure you are in an open space. Also, some phones have bad reception. However, it isn't very often that Sony would fail on you like that.

It's probably not working, take it in to the store, and let them give you a new one and ask them whats the problem. you can probably get it replace for free if you have a warranty.
