We can't get it here in Texas, at least I have never seen it. When we lived in the north, we used it for all sorts of stuff - it makes a great burrito wrap, for one thing, and not so greasy as tortillas. You can layer it with honey and nuts for a sort of norwegian baklava... love the stuff!
