Yes everything will be built on time. They've got an outstanding organisational team in place, they have done much of the hard work already (secured planning permission, own 90% of the land, etc.), and they've already started working to prepare the site.
There is an excellent video on the blog section of the official London2012 website that shows how far they've come.
(Oh and for those that cite the Dome as an example of why it won't be built on time - check your facts - the Dome was built on time and on-budget; it was just that once they had built it they didn't know what to do with it)!

Most of the places where events will be held are already built. It's only the main athletics stadium they might have a problem with. I think it will be built in time though.

Yes, all media continually say the facilities are not up to scratch and it will not be completed on time. Then when the event comes around suddenly oh we always knew it would be completed we had every faith in them. It will be completed, it will be successful. We have every faith in them.
