Everytime you are about to present something, stay calm, and take few deep breaths first.
This problem you have is called stagefright. Everybody has this problem, even famous people and presidents have this problems. But they have managed to overcome it, and so can you.
Believe in yourself. Remember nothing is impossible in this world, and take every obstacle blocking your way AS A CHALLENGE.
Everytime you are presenting, imagine that you are talking to nobody, imagine you are in an empty room talking to yourself. Speak naturally and let everything flow naturally as well.
For sure, some of the audience will stare at you. So when they do, don't look into they're eyes, it will make you more tenced and nervous, so the way to avoid this is to just look at they're foreheads (just above they're eyes). They will think that you are looking into they're eyes when you are actually not.
Good luck, you can do it..........

Never memorize a speech. Write down your points then speek on them, and remember that no one is really to judge you.
