It really depends - it can cause some discomfort but typically a guy would have to be VERY aroused for an extended period and probably have been close to coming a couple of times - but generally no, there is no pain

Yes, the pain is so intense that you almost pass out. The only cure is if you quit teasing and start giving up the goodies.
And if you believe that, remember, it's best for guys if you have 2 or 3 women there together. And always let them videotape it.

My boyfriend does. Just the other day he had to lay back in my car seat and not move, cause he was in so much pain. Then when we got ready to relieve him, he couldn't do anything for about 10 minutes cause he was in so much pain. I guess cause we had been talking about it and teasing each other all day long. But yes, it happens to some guys, and my boyfriend said it's the worst feeling ever.

Yes they do,there is a term for it but we wont post it :). It does cause problems but that is no excuse to have sex with him,he wont die nor will it fall off he will be fine.He needs to have a bit of self control,and maybe there are ways you can be close to him and be aware of this problem and maybe not excite him so much lol good luck.

There is a certain amount of discomfort associated with a case of the old "blue balls", but it's nothing that won't diminish with time. Don't let a guy talk you into something that you don't want to do because of it. If worse comes to worse, just suggest he "take matters into his own hands" until you're fully ready.

yes oh god yes. It hurts where you can't rub it without hurting more. It takes an hour or so of excitment before they get sore without a release.
