Just to help you out (possibly) I had a LMP of 9/5/06 and according to that my due date would be June 15th, however after the ultrasound she changed it to June 20th. Which would mean that I concieved around the end of September, when I thought I was fertile during the middle of Sept.

So, listen to the Estimated Due Date based on the ultrasound.

If you cycled at the begining of the month you should be due around the late begining to middle of August.

Congratulations and Good Luck.

due dates are calculated on myre then just you perion and the ultrasound tech. was probablkey saying earlier because the isze of the baby can also show how far along you are. Also baby change so dramatically in the first few months and your baby may have something that shows it might be a few days older. Just remember its better to guess earlier and that periods are very sporadic anyway espically when your pregnant the last period is usually not normal and could last longer or shorter. Every one is diffrent! CONGRATS!

the lady was right.you have to take it with a grain of salt because theres no way they can tell you when you got pregnant.due dates are just estimates anyways.with my last son they raised my due date by 11 days and i know when my period was!well i had him 9 days before that due date so they really cant tell!

I would go with the ultrasound becuase they get to see the baby and see how it is devopling. The dr just estimate 40 weeks based on your period.

your due date will probably change another 5 times before the end of your pregnancy.... and the kid'll still be born three days late. and arent you actually really pregnant ten months? been a while since i've been in any high school health class

Ultrasounds are more accurate, but no due dates are 100%. It's only a guess.

id go with the ultrasound. my doctor told me mine is june, 12 2007. and she did that with the ultrasound and it matched with my LMP due date as well..but i told her i dont think it will come on that day..no due date is a solid guarentee...most everyone i kno didnt have their baby on the due date they were told..so dont worry too much about it..ur baby will come when its time!

You go with the 5th of august. The ultrasound is more accurate than your LMP. You obviously didnt ovulate when you expected to, it happens all the time.

no, its not something to worry about.

The only reason to be concerned is if you are worried about paternity. Otherwise, a one week difference is not bad.
