I make my own cards on my computer, using a Hallmark disc.
Easy, and you can personalize them the way you want them. Many good software programs out there.
I feel sorry for anyone who's birthday is on Christmas. My sis' was on Dec. 27. People used to give her one gift, and say,
"Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday"

walmart lets you make and personalize cards, pretty cheap too. They can also be picked up in store. It's done through there photo lab
