you can usualy go to the court house of the ocunty in which it was filled and get a copy. if you are no longer in state you can call that office and have them mail it to you.

Some times you do not go to county clerks you go to vita statistics departments but county clerk could tell you where.

I dont think you asked the right question -
You are probably asking or meaning to ask - where can you find a copy of a final divorce DECREE - and that you should be able to request a copy from the county clerk of where the divorce was filed at!

From the clerk of the court in which the divorce was granted. Or the attorney that handled the divorce.

Court house/chancery clerk's office. Divorce had to be filed there.
