They are all good choices. When I pick out names I like the first and middle name to go together well and I stay away from something too common sounding.
I like Lauren Elizabeth the best for a girl. Those names go together really well. Taylor Elizabeth would be my second choice. I like Owen James best for a boy but your friend needs to decide if she likes the nickname OJ. If not, Elliot James would be my next pick and EJ is a cute nickname.

Lacey May is cute. I love Rachel Elizabeth. That is very pretty. Heather May would be another choice I like really well.
William James, Daniel James, and Benjamin James sound good to me. They are all pretty common too.

Out of the girls names I really like Lauren Elizabeth.
Out of the boys names I really like Tyler James or Benjamin James.
Overall though they are all pretty good names. :)
