Study a Little bit of English each day. and I mean EVERY DAY. If you put it off for a couple weeks you'll get worse (I know cause I was taking Spanish) Be consistent in learning this language go to websites, then listen to some English speaking TV channels to test yourself. Good Luck.

Find a native english speaker and practice. Or find a skilled tutor, and practice with them. Or move to the US or the UK and immerse yourself in the culture and language, using it to live and work and get around until you've learned it well.

the best way is to practise a lot ..... without messing up with grammer...
try to inculcate it in your daily tete-a-tete .... that's how you can have fluency and command over the language..
and now a days... a month training in BPO will do more wonders to you then any crash course .. and u will be paid for that as well ;)
