he wants to start a family and i think he is going to purpose to me on christmas ilove him but i dont think im ready i im scared if i say no he might end his life cuz he always says if i ever left him he would not want to live anymore what do i do plzz help someone

According to the laws of the land (US) a minor (under 18) cannot marry an adult without the parents' permission. Also an adult having sex with a minor is statutory rape, whether the minor says yes or not, and could get your boy friend time in jail. I suggest you wait on everything until you are of legal age. That way you will not have to worry about the law.
Also, I suggest that you both read in the Bible, I Corinthians 13 "The Love Chapter" to find out what love really is and isn't Love is patient and kind and seeks not its own way at the expense of others. Real love is such that it will give its life to save the life of the other. If you both have this kind of love, then you will not have problems waiting until the right time to be married. You will have the basis for a life-long marriage this way too. It has worked for my wife and I for over 28 years. Don't be in too much of a hurry. If it is true love, time will be meaningless for you and the reward will be great.
