Talk to your professors about ways you can raise your grade.

Also, make sure you buy, or at least rent, the textbooks for all your courses. Read and REREAD the required material, and take notes in class. Taking notes FORCES you to pay attention and concentrate more.

Many universities also offer free or cheap tutoring. Talk to someone in counseling services about this.

Hope I helped!

I'm in college and I recently started having serious focus problems so I know how hard this is for you. No matter what..you need to find a schedule or system that works for you. Don't study all day or all night because you will wear yourself out..but find a place where you can get all of your work done early or maybe find someone who can encourage you to do your work together...and you'd be suprised its not alwyas your best friend that can make that happen. Its hard to answer this question because i know my answer may not solve the problem but everyone is different. I suggest talking to some of your teachers or determine what is causing you so much distraction and then move on from there...there are reasons behind my concentration problem..so i got rid of them and I am doing really well now.

Im a Junior this year so I know where your coming from. I try so hard to pass and because I try so hard I stress. Loosen up some dont be so tense. Take work home where you are confrontable and relaxed. Have a few friends help out. Talk to the teachers about it. Streesing isnt going to do anything but make school a bigger drag...

I definitely agree with princesa.
What i try to do sometimes when i get bored adn destructed, is to find an interesting point in each subject on each lesson.
Maybe you should change the way you are studying at home. It's not the quantity but it's the quality that counts
Let your parents and teachers, if you feel comfortable talking to them, know about this problem of yours.
And don't worry! We all face problems like this!

take notes, talk to your professors. if your professors know that you have an interest in the subject they will be more likely to help you with studies. if any of the classes have study groups you should join them. take time out everyday to work on your classes.
