About two to three weeks ago i was moving my very heavy couch bed around the living room and the next day my boob was sore i thought well i pulled a muscle. Well i am kinda worried and don't know what to do i have a phobia about doctors and hate going. Has anyone else every done this? And if so how long will it hurt?

What has probably happened is that a muscle in the area below your breast has been pulled or strained. You can locate the point from the pain area. Breasts dont have muscles. Apply some liniment in the affected area (avoid the breast proper) for a few days, wait for the body to get back to normal. If there is no relief, then go to a doctor.

First of all there are no muscles in the breasts. They are fat. You may have pulled something in the muscles underneath the breasts, which is no big deal.

you may have torn something or pulled a muscle, you may as well go to the dr. you may even get a mamogram which could end up saving your life, good luck.
