I think that is a internal dialog telling you- I Don't respect or like my job and the responsibility of having this position.

The reality is, someone is right behind you that wants that job.
That is an incentive to be there 15 minutes early.

Organization is the key.
I spent several hours on Sunday and all my clothes and items are lain out and ready to be worn. My lunches are prepacked in Ziploc, everything except the sandwich, including my "lunch money". I have a check list on the front door, and it reminds me of all the items.

My AM routine takes the longest since I must do other family members as well, so I must be DONE and ready to get the rest of the crew out.

I spend each night before bedtime, getting my next day totally ready. For everyone! My book or magazine is actually cold when I get to lunch , cause I pack it in the lunch box. Ha ha. I always forget it otherwise.

Each person has a weekly shelf "pocket" that hangs in the closet and has the clothes in the pocket and the shoes on the floor.
We created a "uniform" outfits for us all to make it easier for the week and play clothes for evening and weekend.

Plan for it, and put the alarm clocks forward by 10 minutes and change your daily start time, you work day starts at 7:45 not 8:00 am. I forget my time when in the hot shower, so I must set another alarm to go off to get me OUT in time.

I had the same problem and realized that I was not paying attention to my Time management and literally use a timer to do things so I can gauge my "time" useage.

I use a timer one each time I sit down to play at the PC too. So I don't waste my time playing my spare time away.

Get your lazy rear end out of that bed earlier. Stop being so idiotic and find a way. I have been in the workforce for longer than I care to count, and I have always made it on time.
I am sure that at least 95% of all the works in the world are early or on time.
What is your problem? Why should you be any different?
