I am not insinuating any wrong doing, what I am thinking is that public servants have a duty to keep themselves healthy don't they? What do you think is the answer to Sen. Johnson's situation? Bad genes, a bad lifestyle or a conspriracy? A lot is riding on his fitness to serve in the Senate...

not really even young persons have strokes, albeit it is unusual and usually caused by a bad lifestyle, (poor eating habits, poor physical fitness) but I don't know about the Senator I hope he fully recovers

Actually you are insinuating quite a bit. Results from the Framingham Heart Study suggest that men have a 49% lifetime risk of developing coronary heart disease after the age of 40.4. If fitness was a prerequisite for being a civil servant most of the elected would be out of a job.

According to the newspapers this is the resuklt of a medical condtion he has had since birth that decided now to start acting up. I forget the name, but the result is it entangles blood vessles and causes internal bleeding. In his case I don´t think it was a lack on his part of keeping himself healthy. Just one of those things that happeens, sadly.
People are saying that his state has improved adn doctors expect a full recovery.

One never knows. Cheney had several heart attacks in his 30's, and he's a family values Republican from the heathy state of Wyoming, aka "God's Country"

The news is that it was a condition that existed since before birth and was a tangle of blood vessels in his brain. This would not be something that is checked for since brain surgery is still risky.

bad, unexpected things can happen at any age. but he is 59... its entirely possible that he could have had a stroke or something of the sort. i've known people in their 20s who have had strokes.

nonetheless, the timing and situation is odd and conspiracy has crossed my mind.

At age 59 he is not too young to have a stroke. This happens.

This is something that he was born with. That can not be diagnosed till it pops or shows symptoms like what happened on wed.
