Fortune Fish!!
They were red and there was a little piece of paper that came with them. Depending on which way the fish moved/curled up/bent in your hand, you then looked at the paper and read your fortune!!

Did you study the stuff on that link? enable's say the element shoots approximately 1800 rounds a minute. that's approximately 0.5 what the e book says. Do the mathematics... that's 30 rounds a 2nd. that's lots of steel interior the air. yet each little bit of steel weighs some thing... enable's say 0.5 an oz. (bullet, casing, powder and primer). this is a pair of pound a 2nd. in case you carry sufficient for 2 minutes... over the direction of the day, you will probable would desire to fire the element extra suitable than as quickly as... that's one hundred twenty kilos of ammunition... without the burden of the belt that holds the ammunition and feeds it to the weapon. As somebody published, they do no longer look to be gas-fed... that's run on electricity... which you in addition to would would desire to hold... approximately 40 ponds. we at the instant are as much as approximately one hundred sixty kilos. Now upload the burden of the weapon... possibly yet another 20 kilos or so... so we are as much as approximately one hundred eighty kilos. it may be like carrying one extra guy around who would desire to in basic terms combat for 2 minutes. And after the ammunition's expended, it does not make a sturdy club. that's why autos (which could carry significantly extra suitable than guy or woman), plane (which could carry somewhat extra suitable than somebody... yet nonetheless constrained) or ships and boats (which could carry a bargain extra suitable than a guy or woman) are the well-liked systems. people have mentioned the torque... i do no longer think of the torque could be as much as a chainsaw. the fee of rotation could be consistent.

Fortune telling fish... if they curled they meant you were in love and if they stayed flat you werent in love.
You can still get them, often sold by companies that do stocking fillers and party bag toys...

they were called fortune fish
You always got them in your Christmas crackers and they were mostly red in colour, it seems a bit sad now as as a child you believed what they predicted can't see them having the same appeal to my children now...
