I am at a loss of what to say about this guy.

Most of these statements were made before VY played a regular season game, towards the end was more recent. I understand saying the "jury is still out", but to write off a kid, it just seems wrong.

Over the last few months, Hoge has shown an unusual bias against Young. From the beginning of the year up until now. There is no rational explanation for this, as Young is probably on his way for Rookie of the year--either him, Bush, or the kid from Chicago. To me, these are the only two explanations. Just wondering what other's takes are.
There is a bias against African American quarterbacks. Just ask Rush.

He's clearly wrong about Young, but unless he's also been overly critical of other African-American QB's I don't think a charge of Racism is warranted.

I'm at a loss about what to say about you. So he doesn't, or didn't think Young had what it takes to be a quality NFL QB. What does this have anything to do with racial insensitivity? Absolutely nothing! I cant figure out why you would even bring that into the mix?
