If you have the owner's manual look in it and it may show. Sometimes the Fuse Cover show on the inside of the cover what do what. My car, the fuse for the wiper is alone and there nothing else on that circuit. You can buy a simple Test light at Auto-Part Store and Wal-Wort. It have a clip go to ground and a sharp point to test for Hot/Positive. If, you look at the fuse in it's place you will see two metal places, you touch one side and the light will light. Touch the other side and if the light work the fuse is good, if the light not work the fuse is bad. Remove the fuse, sometimes there a little tool in the cover, if not use Needle Nose Pliers, it easier than trying to use your fingers.
