I want to improve my english, because I need to learn it fast, but I don't know how. I reads articles etc, but still my prononciation is not so good, neither my writing skills.
If anyone know an easy way for improving my english please tell me. Thanks.

There are courses (usually designated "ESL" for English as a second language). contact the following--local school system for high school/adult education courses and/or local universities/community colleges. They all have (or should have) ESL programs. Occasionaly university based continuing education programs offer ESL courses as well.

After reading the other answers, I think watching TV, and using Hooked on Phonics are two great ways to learn conversational English.
Written English is a nightmare, even for those brought up speaking English. The rules are put together by committee I think! =-)
You will have to take classes to improve your written English. Good luck.

Let me tell you what worked for when I learned English from scratch 5 years ago. Watch a lot of popular tv with the captions ON. And also try to enunciate and dictate jokes you hear on tv. Even like bits of comedy routines and etc. I now speak English very clearly and some American-born friends have even said Im eloquent.

Actually, you wrote that pretty well for someone who claims their English is sub-par!
Your best bet is to read, read, read. By reading stories in English, you will improve your vocabulary and learn proper sentence structure.
As for pronunciation, you can hire a tutor or have a friend help you.
