Yes and no! There are quite a few varieties of this coin. I will only give you the details of the ones worth some money. The one with Georges Guiraud behind the head on the obverse and with 4 plumes on the chicken (plumes are to the right of the tail, not on the tail) on the reverse, then it is worth retail some where around $200.00 in grade fine. Now if there is a (B) mint mark plus the above then it is worth around $40.00 in the same grade. Now if it says G. Guiraud and has the (B) mint mark and only 3 plumes we go to $25.00 or so. There are actually 11 different versions of this coin. I guess the French mint could not get their act together on this date.

You don't really give much information-but no it is not a valuable coin-unless there is something odd or unusual about it.Check the library or on line for coins that are similar.There are a number of things that go into finding the value of coins.Example I have 850 Lira(Italian money) and it would sell for about $2.00.
