I re-read the question then I read all the answers that have been provided and normally I choose the most honest - without attitude.... The person who answered it the most sincerely it the best answer for me - I dont like the comedic answers or the sarcastic and so forth....

If you're looking for something from the net and they give you the best site. Pick them as your best answer. Everything else whatever refers to your question the most.

You go into your question, and by the answers it'll say "Pick this as Best" or something like that, and you just click on the one by the one you want.
Make sure you get to it before it automatically goes into voting, though. That'll happen if you aren't careful.

The one i like the most. No matter who is it, how many points has, i don't play games and i avoid the persons who has more than 1 account or vote for each other all the time.

depends on the question, if it's just a silly one, like the ones i've posted in the last hour or so, then i choose the funniest. if it's a serious question, then the one that is either most helpful, or most factual.
