Yes I agree, somepeople are way too mean for their own good. Life it way to short, we should be enjoying love, respect, and honor daily, not bull crap!!

They have lost their edge on life. People are too into themselves these days to be friendly. Look at the way people drive these days. There is no such thing as take your time or common courtesy. Everyone is too big a damn hurry or scared someone else is going to get ahead of them. I run 5 over the speed limit and people go around me like I was parked and then have the nerve to give me a dirty look. A**holes is an understatement.

there are some that would argue, isn't life too short to be nice to every single person? everyone has a different view on life and other people depending on their own personal experiences, morals, values, perspective, stereotypes, family life, exposure, etc.

and don't assholes breed more assholes? if you let a door slam on someone, won't that in turn put them into a bad mood and then they'll go cut someone off on the freeway.

so the lesson, kids, is to do something nice to each and every one of those assholes and hope that kidness breeds more kindness

I totally agree, and avoid such people whenever possible. You're right...we are gone too soon from this life. While we are here, we should make a concerted effort to be nice. The world would be better for it.

You'd think, woulnd't you? Unfortunately people have what's called the perception of "personal invulnerability". They believe nothing bad will happen to them and therefore it's okay to do stupid things like walk out in traffic or act like an asshole like they have all the time in the world to be nice later.

Well you must be talking about yourself the way you answered my question. People like you are what causes our society to deteriorate and begin to fail. You people have no respect for others. Get a life idiot

Wow! You've got that right! Life must really suck, for them to act like that. It also confirms my belief that some people should be on some heavy duty "happy" medicine, and I'm not kidding.

Barack Obama has actually commented on this, that this America is a little meaner. And we're all to blame. And it's sad.

We have lots of work to do.

I THINK WE HAVE BECOME SUCH A ME ME ME NOW NOW NOW SOCIETY THAT WE THINK EVERYONE OWES US SOMETHING...IT IS SAD. WHAT I DO IS THIS, I TRY (IT IS THE BEST WE CAN DO) TO BE AS KIND TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE NO MATTER HOW THEY ACT. I ONLY HOPE IT WILL CATCH ON. IF WE ALL WORKED AT BEING EXTRODINARY, IT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO SOMEONE! GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
