Yes..it is okay. However...you should limit your intake. Clinically speaking, caffiene is not good for anyone let alone an unborn baby...but up to 3 cups per day (average size coffee cups) will not cause any harm. Just make sure you are also getting plenty of water and juice throughout the day as well. If you drink soda...then you have to pick one or the other. Maybe one cup of coffee and one soda...but not 3 cups of coffee AND 3 sodas.
Good luck and Congrats!

You need to be aware of your caffeine intake. That is probably why you were told not to drink coffee while pregnant. You should stay away from caffeine. However, if you body is used to having it, it probably isn't a good idea to stop it all togethe all at once. Do it gradually, but make sure to have as little as possible. Happy pregnancy!

You shouldn't drink that much coffee, although I stopped completely they say you can drink a cup or two a day...I would try to cut back though. Also, remember if you are drinking coffee then you should cut out the soda, you can't have that much caffiene while you're pregnant.

It okay to have one a day I would say. Not more than that. Most people say it is bad but it has not been entirely proven. I would go to one a day.
