I wouldn't worry about it too much, that is always worse. I'm not having twins but I didn't start showing until I was in my 5th month and other people couldn't really tell until now and I'm in my 6th month, so it depends on you body shape and how you carry the babies. You will wake up one morning with a baby bump...:) relax

I have 3 children! I had one during the first pregnancy and twins during the second. Both times I was pregnant I didnt start showing until I was almost 8 months. Some people when they're pregnant "blow up like a balloon" within the first month or so where others dont show until the pregnancy is almost over. It just depends on the body type. It's nothing to worry too much about. Sorry that you miscarried. I know it's a terrible feeling but the possibility of that happening again are like one in a million

How do you know you're having twins ultrasounds arent usually done until between the 16th-20th week?! Maybe you need a new doctor. If your doc knew you had problems with your past pregnancy he/she should be monitoring this one more frequently. Especially if you are carrying twins. I've heard that a woman carrying twins really show at about the 4th month or so. they start a little early but enough that you know and not the whole world.
Also I dont want to offend you but I have read that if a woman has more weight in her midarea she may just fill in that weight before she actually shows. the bigger you are in weight the less you will show. I'm hoping you have nothing to worry about but if the concern causes too much stress that isnt good either.
Good luck hun

What your doctor say?
I just had twins (boy and girl) a month ago. They came 6 weeks early. My wife was on bedrest 2 months in the hospital. My babies are perfectly healthy and my wife didn't show for a while either. You know she had one of those cute pregnancies. My wife only has one tube, so I'm like how the heck we get twins.
God is good! Pray and ask him for healthy pregnancy and he will grant what you ask if you believe it without ceasing (no doubt). 14 weeks is still yet a lil early to be worried. My wife didn't start showing til July really. By that time we were 4 months in. Just be patient, God has a plan and purpose for you.
I pray that all goes well with you. And that fear you are feeling is a mind trick of evil spirits. You claim victory over those and VICTORY it shall be.

The only one that can tell you that everything is going to be okay is your physician. If you are having doubts go see him/her. Even though I only had one child, I didn't show until I was about 24-25 weeks (6 months along). Everyone's bodies react differently to being pregnant. Depending on how much weight you gain will be the real deciding factor as to when you start to look pregnant. If you pack on the pounds in the first couple of months then you are going to look pregnant early on. However, if you have only added a couple of pounds then you aren't going to look like you are carrying a small house. I only gained 18 pounds through my pregnancy and didn't look like I was 9 months until about 2 or 3 days after my due date....the day I gave birth to my son. Nothing anyone says or does on here is going to truly ease your mind. The only one that can do that is your doctor...so my suggestion is go see him/her.

Even with twins it's ok not to be showing at 14 weeks. Your uterus is just over your pelvic bone and remember, the babies are only the size of peaches right now...
Get an ultrasound, once those heart beats are seen/heard the chances of a miscarriage drop. Buy or rent a doppler. You can get them for about $40/month and the peace of mind you will have being able to hear the babies' heartbeats whenever you want or need to is priceless.
Don't panic yet. 14 weeks is still early. You may just be one of those lucky people who gains only baby weight, since your babies don't even weigh a pound (combined) at this point, you're still fine.
You are going to be alright.

Well symptoms or not you need to test. First response is the best test out there. Test about 3 days before you miss a period. If its negative and your period is late, wait a while longer. It takes a while for the hormone to show up in your urine. It took me a week after my period was due. And honestly your mom isn't in control here. I'm against abortion completely as I'm pregnant myself, but there's a lot of free confidential clinics that could talk to you about considering an abortion. Its very difficult raising a child financially and mentally. And I respect that you admit you're not ready. Screw what anyone else thinks or says. If you're not ready , don't bring another life into the world to suffer. Guys this age are immature and irresponsible. Please consider your options. Your mom doesn't need to find out or pressure you into making a life changing decision honey. You are so young and have yet to experience life to the fullest. Find someone you love and have a baby then. (:

Cool down. Some woman show's up pregnancy fast bt some won't. This cannot be a sign of danger at all.
Anyways i cud strongly suggest u to have regular check up's with ur doc. As these are twins, u gotta be extra careful. Talk to ur doc abt this, everything is perfect . Dont worry!

If your doctor knows that you miscarriedd the first time then she/he should have you labled as a high risk. But stressing over it is only gonna do more damage than good. Talk to your doctor regularly and express your concerns with them. Normally women don't start showing til their second trimester, and some go until the third trimester. You and your babies will be fine. I wish you all the best. You'll be in my prayers. :D
