you should use a pressure ball but you dont have one,
abs ,start with rr,then lr ,then rf, then lf,then the bleeder's at the control unit
there are special clips you can buy from parts stores to pull the internal pins in the abs controler and proportioning valve to help remove air
check with a manual to see if you truck needs them or you wont get a good pedal

The cheapest and fastest way to bleed all the air out is to get 4 clear plastic water bottles and make sure they are empty & dry inside.
Then spend 5 bucks on some rubber hose the same size as the bleed zerks.
You will put about an inch or two of brake fluid in each plastic bottle and cut the hose where it will push on the bleed zerk and be submerged in the new brake fluid.

Loosen all 4 bleed zerks at the same time and slowly pump the brake pedal making sure you don't run out of fluid.

When the air comes out the hose into the bottle with brake fluid, it will suck fluid back into the hose instead of air.

After the air is gone tighten everything up and the pedal will be good.

This whole process takes less than 40 minutes if you have everything I mentioned.

Have you bled all four corners? Try blocking up the front of truck, and then open rear bleeder, allowing it to free flow out. Then re bleed. A very cool item i now have on my truck is call "Russell" Speed bleeders. They have a one way check valve in them and you simply open then pump the pedal 5 times, close the bleeder, check the resevior and you are done. $15.00 a pair.
Have fun day.
