i'll be honest, i'm not sure if it changes really early in pregnancy. it does towards the end but i don't want to give you the wrong info. If i were you i'd put the question to a midwife at your GP's surgery or take a pregnancy test if you think you might be pregnant. Whatever happens, good luck.
Oh and do what you like with your cervix, it's yours after all and its good to be concerned about changes in your body!

Please ignore: amosunkno it is your body and it is good to be familiar with it. That way you can monitor it for changes, such as lumps which can indicate cancer or disease.

Indeed your cervix is often high and hard when pregnant, particularly in the begining. However, this is not a 100% guarantee ok. So try not to get your hope up too high.

Also if you happen to be really curious and so is your partener, grab a flashlight. Your cervix often turns purple or blue when you are pregnant.

Best of luck!

My cervix replaced into low and gentle with my first 2 at around 37 to 38 weeks, then with my third, which i assumed might in simple terms fall out, at 40 a million/2 weeks replaced into nevertheless severe and annoying as a rock. yet 3 days later, replaced into 3 cm dilated and seventy 5 % effaced. i think of it incredibly is purely a secret of nature. i might say it incredibly is prevalent.

I get so creeped out that so many women mess with their cervix's. Its really not meant to be handled and touched. Sex is one thing, but the bacteria on your hands and under your nails... blech. its just unnatural.

Anyway, As your OB. Or just wait until you're late and take a test.

Here, i googled it for you and found this from the site i'll list below.

Cervical bluing may be the first sign that a woman is pregnant. Fifty percent of women who are pregnant will have a blue or purplish colored cervix due to an increase in blood circulation. During pregnancy, the cervix may also look puffy and softer and the os more open.
