depends where youare In a lab it's 453.72g per lb.On the good guys scale it's 454g pr lb .On a "tightwad" scale it's 448g per lb or the equivalent of 16oz all weighed at exactly 28g per oz (which is not EXACT but within street tolerance especially on a hand scale) Yeah at 448g you lose almost a quarter
