I have asked this question in the past and none have come up with a definitive answer. This may be because nobody knows, wont say or maybe it is sooo secret.

Vocal fillers and also derogatory words to insult or curse . Raas claat and Bumbo claat for **** cloth or paper. ***** claat and Blood claat for menstrual cloth, napkin or such.
The words can be interchanged as nouns or adjectives and comes with more effect when they stretched out when uttered eg. "BUMMMMMMBO CLAAAAAT!
Some people use them when angry and these will be strung together before adding the "claat" for effect, some use them when excited and others use them for no apparent reason.
The original use of these words was in a derogatory sense by someone who was really angry and is still a punishable offense in Jamaica. Of late, these words are uttered regularly and the reason not quite clear.

Emo stands for emotional basically. I dont know why people hate emo's so much, maybe because they're different from everyone else, so people don't understand. Some of my friends are emos, and its not all about piercings or slitting wrists. That's just stereotypical. Emo is a culture. Hope i helped =)

It derives from the Nazarine Vow of Separation (Book of Numbers) in the faith of Rastafari in which the Judaic teachings separate men and women when women mensturate. This was said to be an "unclen" time for the women. The 'raas' = vagina, 'claat' = cloth. Both are from the Jamaican Creole language and literally mean cloths that cover the (****) raas or bumbo (vagina). It reflect something unclean or displeasing. The vow of Separation is only used by very few Rastafari / Jewish people to segregate men and women these days.

I was once told by a white woman who is familliar with Jamaican culture that it means respectively nappy and sanitary towel. I don't know if this is true or not, but many years before I met the white woman I asked a Jamaican girl and she said it was too disgusting to repeat.

These are Jamaican curse words, which substitute for words like "f*uck" and any expression of disgust or surprise. They are adjectives, not verbs. You can not "rass claat" someone nor can you "blood claat" someone.
That's about it.

the word blood claat mean a used sanitary napkin that a women uses..When someone calls you a blood-claat,they are basically comparing you to a used sanitary napkin,which is quite a insult in Jamaican culture...same goes for rass-claat which means toilet paper...

I think it`s a swear or something. i used to work with a guy and he used to say it all the time when he`s pissed. Sorry don`t know exact definition.

i think blood clart is something to do with a used sanitary towel and rass clart is when you wipe your bum...... I could be wrong!
