One of my best friends is always saying something sarcastic or just plain whines when I mention that I-went shopping,got a guy´s number,talk about a warm childhood memory e.t.c. I must mention that she´s a university student,and doesn´t work-I do-so she doesn´t have the income that I do,but other than that we´re basically in the same position.Is this behaviour a little over the top or is it just me?

Don't be insulted, it's a form of jealousy. She sees you doing the things she wished she could and doesn't have the money or the outgoing personality you seem to. How about involving her in some of your activities. Or help meet new people, by helping her overcome her shyness.
