wandering has to conotations 1. wandering in the sentence that you used the word. Or wondering is to think. They say socks disappear in the washing machince, maybe if your girlfriend sits on the washing machine this may elminate the problem. She would have to be your girlfriend not anyone else. i.e. had a child with another man.
