It seems the PMs long awaited questioning over the cash for honours scandal seem to have waited until the dreadful events in Ipswitch are dominating every minute of the news that the Diana report doesn't - Is this Government Spin at its very worst ?

No. Government spin at it's very worst was putting something out the day the Twin Towers fell.
