Have you checked out your local home improvement store? They usually carry driveway cleaners. I used to work for a home improvement store that's why I say check them out. Be aware that the driveway cleaner is very toxic.

Sprinkle kitty litter over the oil stains. Leave on long enough for oil to be absorbed, then sweep away. If heavy oil stains, you may need to apply kitty litter a second time. If a slight stain still appears, wash and scrub down with a little Dawn, then hose off; but be sure to use the kitty litter first to allow absorbtion of the oil.

Cover the stains with either kitty litter or simply dirt to absorb the oil (2-3 days maybe more depending on the intensity of the stain) , then wash away.

Cat Litter. Sprinkle it in then ground it into the oil stain with your feet. It will take a time or two (or three or four), but it will work.
If you have a LOT of oil stains on the driveway, you might just want to consider resurfacing.

Get a couple of cans of WD40. Spray oil stains and let set for five minutes. Spray a second time and use scrub brush to cause penetration. Let stand five minutes. Spray third time and rinse with garden hose with a high pressure nozzle. Most if not all will wash away. There are more severe ways to remove but you must be very careful. Use acetone and lightly brush so as not to create friction...rinse immediately.

Buy TSP from paint stores. Mix it in water and spray. Wait and wash off. TSP - Trisodium Phosphate.
There is a fancy oil absorbent available in specialty stores. It is used in commercial applications where oil is used in factories. I do not know whether it will remove the oil on a driveway but worth a try. You can beg, borrow or steal a scoopful from one of these factories.

Get cheap kitty litter and let it sit for a day (providing it's not going to rain anytime soon). Sweep it up, rinse your drive way then use Dawn Soap and a little bleach using a large push broom to scrub it. It won't take it away completely but it will lighten it a great deal. If they are newer stains, then it should make them disappear.
