Concealer....
Concealer works so well under the eyes because it is made of a denser composition then most other cosmetics. Therefore, it has more staying power, give better coverage.

an orange tinted consealer 'cause the orange cancels out the blue in dark circles which is what u want then u dab a skin toned consealer over that to hide the orange. Perfect!!! works like a charm!

I like Mary Kay's Facial Highlighting Pen. It looks really natural and is the best thing I've found and my circles are really dark

I swear by Neutrogena Concealer in medium in stick form not liquid. Depending on your skin color you may use a lighter or darker color. I wouldn't use anything else, it works great on dark circles! Hope I was of help

The best under eye make up could be a concelor stick. Rub it under ur eyes and gently blend it with ur skin color.
