Every thing is dysfunctional these days to the point where we should really challenge our assumptions of what functional actually is...
The big companies appear dysfunctional, but make a crap load of money and employ millions of people...they are doing something right!

greed. they are all in a power even amongst themselves for money and the bottom line. they forgot completely about the worker bee type people who actually make the company work and ship those jobs off overseas, or keep them here and cut their benefits and make them miserable. don't get me started.
