because thier parents dn't care what they do let them run wild so they don't get under their feet and we don't have a decent crime prosicution service and they get away with it if they were put in prison then they would buck their ideas up
bring back national service that's what i say

The same question was posed by BBC Breakfast and my answer was read out on air and included in their website, so here goes!. There are three main problems: 1. Children in Britain are treated as second class citizens. The places you can't take them is endless, when they are allowed out they are constantly told to be quiet. 2. Nobody has time to be a family and instill discipline in their children as too survive in modern day Britain both parents have to work and the working week is the longest in Europe. 3. People can't discipline other people's children. To do so would probably result in a visit from the Police. In lots of European countries children are treated as special. In Britain they are a nuisence.

specific there are exceptions to each rule ... yet as a foreigner - those english childrens are VERY frightening and we are quite worried approximately what pals our boys would be spending time with as they strengthen up! everywhere we pass with our boys somebody comments on how nicely-behaved they are - and that they are not ideal angels - yet in comparison to the common english youngster, they do look! So what's lacking right here? i think of self-discipline, and much and numerous time and endurance invested with the help of the mothers and fathers interior the babies.

Blame the government for tying the hands of the teachers and the police behind their backs. Many in-bred, backward parents don't help either. The miracle of life has become a curse to the living and the government scum think joyfully about their retirement plans.

There is no respect for anything or any body in this country.Kids in this country get everything they want,if they don't they go & nick it any way.
The only nice ones are the ones brought up with manners [ few & far between]
I do know some that are well behaved but they sit down & eat with their families.

theyre not, its just that when you put the news on you only hear about the teenagers in the country that you live in...
i live in germany and over here theres a big problem at the mo with kids taking knives into school and stabbing each other to death... and thats no joke

They don't do enough with their familes. On the continent,most teenagers eat meals with their parents and interract with them more,so theres less of a desire to rebel. Plus there isnt such a drink culture on the continent.
