What an idiotic question in any category, let alone marriage and divorce.
btw I mean it's especially idiotic because you don't say anything about whether or not you actually did it. Are you fighting it just to try to beat the ticket?
Innocent fight it guilty pay it. Do what's right not just what's right for you.

THAT DEPENDS. DID U GET POINTS ON YOUR LICENSE? IF SO I WOULD TRY TO FIGHT AND GET THEM DROPPED AT LEAST. I DON'T THINK THERE IS MUCH U CAN DO ABOUT THE COST OF THE TICKET. I GOT A TICKET FOR GOING TROUGH A YELLOW LIGHT. I WENT TO COURT TO GET IT DROPPED AND I WAS TOLD I COULDN'T GET THE COST OF THE TICKET DROPPED. I WASN'T GETTING ANY POINTS ON MY LICENSE SO I SHOULDN'T HAVE EVEN GONE BECAUSE THEY DON'T DROP THE TICKET WHEN IT IS JUST A CASH AMOUNT NOT POINTS. I KNOW PPL WHO HAVE GONE TO HAVE THE POINTS TAKEN OFF. SOME TIMES U CAN GET LUCKY AND IF THE OFFICER DOESN'T SHOW THE CASE IS DROPPED NO POINTS NO COST. IF U R LUCKY THAT COULD HAPPEN.

usually when you fight a ticket they cut the points which says you on insurance but you pay a higher fine so all in all it can cost a small fortune...if you don't have any other tickets then just pay it if you pay alot on your insurance for tickets then fight it but either way have your check book ready.

Save yourself a big hassle - Pay the fine and get it over with. You could try to fight it in court, but you'll loose and then be responsible for all the court costs as well.

Are you guilty? If so, then take your lumps like a man, and move on.

If you're innocent, then try to find the costs both ways, and make your decision.
