The problem with the question is that, under the proper conditions, any of these could be true (except you'd need very bizarre circumstances to make D probable -- still, with an electric train where the current goes through the wheels...). However, C and D are not problems with the reception itself (C is a problem with your ears not hearing the good music over the loud rattle).
