There is a web site www.alwaysbelowretail.com that has all the nintendo , psp ps2 and ps3 plus 50,000 other quality brand name products of every kind at approx 50% below retail prices.The best feature though is that they offer a full description of all the capabilities of every one. Great for finding out what they offer and compare it to what you need.

I have searched for a nintendo ds too. The best price I have found is about $129.00 (this can be found just about anywhere: Target, amazon, etc.).
You might do better on ebay, but being so close to Christmas, they may not have any really low prices on them.

I would try Ebay or Amazon if you have maybe a small gaming store that buys and sells used systems try there maybe GameStop or another national gaming store. Just shop around on Bestbuy or Circuit City.com

I always look for new things on amazon or emcab .com But if you're lookiing for cheap ones, try ebay- They have lots of 2nd hand ones that come cheap with games
