yes it does. movies are one of my hobbies, and veteran actors aren't being replaced with the new talent of the day. like they say--they don't make them like they used to.

Yes it does make me sad when credible talent like Humphrey Bogart, Steve McQueen and many other actors of these eras have passed away. The trite that is being put out in movies now is absolute trash. it's no longer about acting in the movies now, it's more about raking in the cash be it dollars or pounds or any other currency you may wish to mention, or it's about getting out the next sequel of the previous sequel of the previous sequel as soon as possible. Talent?? Pah!! the likes of Sean Connery and Michael Caine will be sadly missed when they go to the silver screen in the sky. No-one can replace the likes of these actors, no matter how many leonardo dicaprios or jude laws you may want to hand over. Happy days!!

Yes, to a certain extent, but then I'm sad when anybody dies, celebrity or otherwise. I will admit I shed some tears when Jimmy Stewart died on July 2, 1997. He was one of my favorite actors.

hentaihomo is right... But it doesn't make me sad when a celebrity dies, veteran actor or not. Life goes on, I don't know them and I don't want to know them, I'm better off. A friend of the earth is an enemy of GOD. I only hope that Hell helps Hollywood repent for the final judgment.

To a certain degree, yes. Mainly for selfish reasons though, meaning that I'm going to miss seeing their films.
Otherwise, no. Most times they had a good life, money, family, fame, travel, ETC. Things us "commoners" just dream about,-*SIGH*.

Of course it does It means an end of another era. I was soooooooo sad and upset when Steve Irwin "Crocodile Hunter" was killed. He was such a unique human being. There will never be another person like him.
