Job as a carer during my "travelling round the country" phase - looking after wealthier old folk in their own homes.
Had to help with personal care - showering, loo etc - but realised it was the absolute and total pits the day one of my old ladies stepped in dog poo in her bed socks, climbed back into bed blissfully unaware and so proceeded to wipe it all over herself and the sheets.
I had to clean up the poo from the carpet, then from the old lady and then remake the bed. Not my best morning.

Putting animal feed sacks of grain on to pallets off a conveyor belt. I only worked 12 hours a shift and I only managed to do 1 and half shifts as my back could do no more. I was aching for 2 weeks after that. They bags were only 50 kg but after about 500 sacks I could do no more. Then I worked patting frozen blackcurrants that slid down a chute into a big plastic tub with hundreds of frozen snails mixed in with them. They were going to be processed for Ribena drinks. I think they sorted out the snails though somewhere else they just got caught up with the harvester. It was the lowest paid job I had and the company even had the nerve to be rude to employees like we had no choice but to stay. I lasted 3 days and got out and was paid less than I get doing 1 day in the better job I am in now.

Postmaster for a small rural town. For all of you that are misinformed, this quasi-government job isn't the wonderful job you think. The small part you see (when you buy stamps) is probably the only decent part of the job.
Oh, and the pay and benefits aren't all that. For the level of responsibility, you make more in the private sector.

I saw a girl that used to follow around the horse drawn carriages in Victoria B.C. She'd follow them in a Toyota pickup truck and shovel their dung off the road into the back of that truck.
Then she'd go looking for the next pile of dung.
You could smell that pickup coming a mile off I swear.
WORSE JOB I EVER SAWED I TELL YOU.

All my jobs have been decent, of course they had their aggravations, but also their good points.
Dealing with Sprint is enough to make me want to check into an insane asylum. Those people are terrible!

I have been lucky and all my jobs have been very nice.
My daughter was in property management for 6 years and that
was the pitts, all you get is complaints about their houses, leaks, trees down, grass to low or to high etc...she never had a nice call.

Working at a diagnostic lab. We had to handle the samples (blood, urine, and ~other~). Yeah, they were in containers, and we had latex gloves, but it still was really gross. Didn't last long at that one!
