Its not your job to stop discrimination.Thats the job of the interfering tyrannical state.
Just let them be natural and stop getting above your station

Your spelling is not compatible with any kind of teacher .

First, model respect for everyone. Use polite words when talking to children and other staff members, and teach children how to do this. Once children are 3, they can start being a part of a Morning Circle, where everyone is greeted and made to feel an important part of the group. At Morning Circle, you can also use puppets to teach a single social skill, like sharing toys or taking turns.

You may also want to invite parents to share special traditions of their culture so that everyone can learn about how different people celebrate in different ways.

Show children that they are all the same and will not be treated different no matter what race religion or disabilities they may have.

If you come across a child who you think may be getting bullied then explain to the whole class that t`s not nice and not acceptable to do this just because this person is different and explain that doing this causes ...... to feel sad.

You could always try doing a project on different religions and cultures to introduce the different festivals etc that people from all around the world celebrate.

Children can well understand what bullying is. From the age of about 3 they develope the ability to share and this of course means they start to decide who to share with and who not.

Discrimination no matter on what grounds is actually nothing more nor less than bullying and that no one is guaranteed to be safe from it. Don't forget to tell them that well balanced confident people are a lot more likeable than cowardly dim witted bullying little racists. us nice folks get better chrissie pressies too!!!

just treat all the children the same regardless of their gender race etc, children don't see things like this until their older anyway if you treat everyone equally they will follow you.
if any of the children are unfair to another child for this reason, then gently tell them that everyone is different but we all have red blood and we all feel pain and everyone should be treat the same.
