There are several from "Friends". Chandler and Monica in the bath together or Chandler in the bubble bath and everybody coming in and talking. There is one that has to do with Monica, Joey and some floor tiles. The show where Monica is with Tom Sellecks character Richard and Ross and Rachel are going out they keep showing them in the bathroom getting condoms out of the drawer. 3's A Crowd would occasionally have scenes in the bathroom. The Brady Bunch would show scenes in the bathroom that is between the kids rooms. Such as when Jan is trying to use lemons to get rid of her freckles. Marsha looking at her braces in the mirror, etc. Oh yeah, in RV when Robin Williams is working on his laptop in the john.

Janet Leigh in Psycho, trying to put the dog out (while on fire) in There's Something About Mary, the dead ghost woman in the bathtub in The Shining, another million horror movies where the person has committed suicide in the bathtub by slitting wrists, the snake eels coming out of the ship toilet on the X Files, Shelly Duvall screaming as Jack Nicholson yells "HERE'S JOHNNY! and tries to break the bathroom door down with an axe, and the scene in a million horror movies where the person looks in the medicine chest mirror and is puled through to another dimension

I agree with a lot already mentioned and one TV show one that hasn't been mentioned yet - on Friends when Ross is wearing leather pants and tries to take them off in the bathroom with baby powder and lotion.

My vote goes to the scene in the toilet/washroom in the film "Trainspotting." Dubbed the "world's dirtiest toilet", the main character actually dives into the toilet to retrieve his lost crank.
