It is HAGER Hinge; I know because I am from the St Louis area(35+years) and I have been to Hager Hinge.

First of all St louis is in Missouri not Mississippi. Second of all, you're on Yahoo. Try doing a search. In the time you spent posting this question you could have found the answer yourself.
