Basically this is a drawback of Hindustani Democracy. If you check percentage of voting you will find that it is some where around 45 to 55% which means almost 40-50% people does not gives their consent so the elected politician represents only app.50% of constituency as well out of 50% votes not necessary all of us votes for him .Other candidates also share some votes from 50% so that we can say that he gets elected because of 25-35% votes only.As well in our country factors like Family,Wealth,Name,Fame,Religion also decides % of votes. If anybody knows that the candidate is not correct one then also he gets elected due to any factor maint.above (i.e.one family always gets elected from Barely,Amethi etc.what sort of relation this family haves with that region) ??? After father Son/Daughter/Widow enters politics though not capable then also they gets elected. If you search about families of politicians you will find with some respectful exceptions most of us creates empires using political positions !! while elections funds are raised from that empires and utilised among 20-30% voters who elects him by voting in his favour.Remaining 80-70% voters then starts saying that how he gets elected, he is a murderer, corrupt person but they always forgot that they are rewarded by the elected candidate due to laziness of nonvoting by them !

Don't blame people. They are innocent. They believe the sweet words spelled by politicians. For example they believed Mohandas Karam Chand Gandhi as a simple living, honest and principled lawyer from South Africa. What happened just to make his chela nee Chacha Nehru PM he agreed to partition and literally sold the soul(atma) of India to Muslim fanatics like Jinna. After Muslims in Pakistan killed millions of Hindus and even in India the razakaars of Nizam State killed thousands of Hindus. We thought Nehru would make India a prosperous country. Result he created a burning issue Kashmir that is still burning and in the name of modernization totally ruined our rural India. Indira Gandhi who along with banks she also nationalized corruption. It's during her tenure only corruption rose to new heights. Many a time she admitted that corruption is part of our life so better adjust to that. Then came Mr. Right Gandhi who allowed her-in-laws in Italy to make millions in the Bofors deal. Sonia Gandhi's family before marrying Rajiv is a low class family but now one of richest families of Italy. How they became suddenly rich. Thanks to Bofors. In the race of corruption even following PM's are not behind. Deve Gowda, IK Gujral, Chandra Sekhar made their fortunes while they are in office. There were only two exceptions to this rule they are Lal Bahadur Shastri and Atal Bihari Vajpai. So people are help less because intelligent, educated and qualified do not enter politics and they are so lazy they don't even come out of the house to vote. For them polling day is a paid holiday to have fun sitting at home. It's only criminals enter political arena just to save their skin and they are successful. That's our fate. Be content with it.
