I want a good program to make a website that are free. and what company is free or cheap that i can put up my website.

If you have a Macintosh computer, iWeb is the perfect website making program. You can do lots of cool stuff. You can also google search for free website making programs. I think Mad Dog Domains lets you make websites for free.
