I've noticed that if I eat spicy food before going to bed, the images in my dreams are rather bizarre. If I don't eat spicy foods, things seem more "normal". I'm not asking for interpretation or anything, just want to see if anyone else has had this experience.

Yes. It depends on how your body reacts to the spices. There are chemicals in charge of dreams, and eating spicy foods can throw off these chemicals, and cause you to have different dreams than you normally would.

eating a super meal previously mattress is a foul concept. you would be all gassy and sense like crap whilst u awaken. you would be able to desire to eat approximately an hour or 2 previously bedtime if u are going to have a meal so which you dont get acid buildup.
