No, not really like having a wedgie. I wear thongs because I don't like the look of "pany lines." To avoid having that wedgie feeling, simply buy a thong that is not too tight. I do however feel that some women are distasteful in wearing the thong too high creating what is called a "whale tale."

While some may find them comfortable, I think Victoria Secrets and the idea of what men desire are also big influences on the wearing of thongs. I have no problem with the type of underwear anyone wears; however I DO HAVE A BIG problem when I see it. I am 36 and maybe a little too old for the fashion fad, but this fad is not just in the younger ages... Having those skinny little elastic straps show takes away from the entire name 'under - wear' i.e. under your clothing is where you wear them. Recently a woman was interviewing for a position, I was impressed by her resume and called her in for the interview.. we were doing just smashingly - she was right on point; however when she stood up and I was able to see her 'over-wear' I realized that if she did not have enough sense to keep her underclothing - under her clothing she would probably lack in other areas as well. Needless to say I offered the position to a woman who had come to the interview appropriately dressed and with an equal amount of qualifications as Mr. Overpants.
It may be sexy on a Saturday night for some; however it is far from ok in a job interview - fad or not.

So there are no panty lines. It's not like a wedgie. The do take a little getting used to though.

Um it is actually, just think if you are wearing panties and they are riding up you have a bunch of material, if you are wearing a thong, the sting if you will is much smaller that a bunch and it is supposed to be there it is kind of a mind thing..

No, its not like having a wedgie at all!!! Unless you buy some that don't fit you!!! I personally only wear thongs.... One i don't want a panty line! and two other underwear or bigger i should say just don't feel as comfy!!! Also its sexier!!!

I find them to be comfortable not do not wear them. I think they can make a butt look a little saggy so I just buy Victorias Secret low cut bikini. I never get panty lines from them.

It feels like going commando without doing it. And no panty lines are visible.
There is no wedgie feeling, either.

I wear them because my underware rides up my butt when I have on briefs....its much more comfortable to wear a thong that is designed to do so....generally I don't know I even have anything on.....but then again I also like to go commando!!

Don't like them and will not wear one, I prefer hi-cut or granny panties. I'm not worried about panty lines women have shown them for years, and I've asked men and they like panty lines and they also love the so call " whale tail".

No, you don't feel them and I personally wear them because they can't be seen through the pants while I hate the way the other kind of underwear flat your butt, they make you look as a granny.
